So, I'm sure you know Lucky Brand Jeans-- I go into the store sometimes, but I guess I was so put off the first time I actually picked up a t-shirt and noticed it had a $90 pricetag, I always sort of wrote it off as overpriced and only went back to look at the cool photography they have in the store (at least the one on the Promenade). Usually I will spend big money on things like jeans and coats because I know I'm going to have them for awhile, but I figured if the shirts were $90, I didn't even want to know about the jeans.
But then-- a miracle! My friend and I were having lunch on the Promenade for her birthday back in December, and she mentioned that she wanted to go into Lucky to see if they had her favorite jeans, and to see if the BIG SALE WAS ON. Yeah, that's right. Apparently Lucky has sales, sometimes so spectacular that during them you can "buy one, get one 1/2 off," and these rules apply to items that are ALREADY half off, so you can understand the coniption fit I had when she got two pairs of Lucky jeans for about $75. Whhaaaat? I'm not going to lie-- two days later Stephan and I went back to the store and bought FOUR PAIRS of jeans, which was an even better deal because men's high-end jeans can sometimes be even more money. So, that was awesome.
Oh, also? Lucky will send you coupons and fliers and stuff in the mail, so you can plan your "get expensive clothes for 75% off" strategy. Visit Lucky Jeans and find out more about their TWICE YEARLY 50% OFF SALE. Dude!
